Proposed "Robocop" statue in Detroit

A campaign is mounting in Detroit to have a statue erected of Robocop. BRING IT ON! I think that would be very cool! Not that I'd actually go anywhere near that incredibly dangerous city just to see it....but it's still a cool idea! Check out the full story by clicking on the image.

This is a story that's been brewing for a bit but may actually take shape. Like the mayor says, "Philadelphia has a statue of Rocky and Robocop would kick Rocky's butt. He's a GREAT ambassador for Detroit." Unfortunately the good mayor immediately shot down any ideas of actually carrying this out....ah, but the true fans have stepped in!

Reporter: "Any special message for all the kids watching at home?"
Robocop: "Stay out of trouble."
