First "X-Men: First Class" trailer is now online

Looks cool, looks slick, I really like the track that plays against the entire piece, and in one clip a nice throwback to the yellow costumes worn by the original X-Men. This definitely has a lot of possibilities! Despite my concerns regarding "Captain America", "Thor", and "Green Lantern", I'm really hoping this becomes one of the two breakout blockbuster movies of the summer. The other being "Cowboys and Aliens".

YES!
I was so ready to hate this movie, but this has me pretty much won over.

Why were you ready to hate it?

X3 for one, and I wish they hadn't mashed up the mutants from the TRUE first class, The Brotherhood and the Helllfire Club. They could have done a straight up adaptation of the X-men from the 60's and it still would have been very cool.

But hey, I like what I see so it's all good!

Yeah, "X3" was a bit of a train wreck. Bad ol' Brett Ratner! Too much going on and only 1 hour, 44 minutes to do it in....JEEZ! Even "Wolverine" was a weird film. Was really just an excuse to introduce more mutants. And that whole thing with Deadpool at the end? BTW, why are so many fans pining for a Deadpool movie? Seems like a weird and severely off-the-beaten-path choice.

I was really hoping Bryan Singer would have come back for "First Class" though, as had been rumored. His touch on the first two was golden.
